Evenings At India Gate
Day 01 : Delhi To Guwahati
After your arrival in Delhi, we transfer you to nearby hotel for some rest. In the evening we catch a flight to Guwahati, the capital city of Assam. On our way to Delhi airport, we drive past important attraction of Delhi like India Gate and Qutab Minar. Overnight stay at the hotel in Guwahati.
Day 02 : Guwahati – Kaziranga National Park (217 Km)
Wake up to a beautiful morning amidst some breathtaking views of Himalayas. After a light breakfast, we start early to Kaziranga National Park which is at a distance of around 217 Km from here. The journey would be studded with special moments as we drive past some breathtaking natural wonders. We take much needed breaks in between to stretch ourselves. Don't let the opportunity to take some brilliant stills pass by you. After around 7 hr drive, Kaziranga is reached. You will be transferred to a jungle resort on the outskirts of Kaziranga National Park.
Day 03 : Kaziranga Safari
Another beautiful day welcomes you into day 3 of the tour. Start the day earlier so that we could catch the early morning safari into the home of one horned rhino. Kaziranga has approximately 70% of the total population of one horned rhino in the world. This almost ensures a sighting of these magnificent animals in their natural habitat. Elephant safari is the best way to explore even the interiors of the park, where chances of sighting other rare animals are also quite high. And don't ever let your camera go out of focus, you might miss out on the best pictures. Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 04 : Kaziranga To Jorhat (90 Km)
After a delicious breakfast, we head for Jorhat, the tea capital of Assam. It is around 90 Km from Kaziranga and will take nearly 3 hrs to cover. We reach Jorhat in the first half of the day and transfer directly to a resort. Take some rest before leaving for sightseeing in Jorhat. The small town is famous for the most beautiful tea gardens in the state. Notice that among the tea pickers in the gardens, most of them are women. Enjoy the pleasant climate that envelops the area. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 05 : Excursion to Sibsagar, Evening To Guwahati
Start your day with a hot cup of freshly picked tea that will give a jump start to your day. Sibsagar is a historically important town as it was the former capital of Ahom kingdom, the ruler of Assam for 500 years. You will find ruins of many architectural wonders built in their era. After covering Sibsagar, travel back to Guwahati using a late afternoon flight. You will be reaching Guwahati late in evening, leaving no scope for further sightseeing. Though, you can explore the traditional markets of the city that present a different look at night. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 06 : Guwahati Sightseeing, Evening to Manas National Park
Day 6 is set aside for sightseeing in the capital city of Guwahati. We visit the famous Kamakhya Temple which is one of the most important pilgrimage destination for Hindus in the state. Notice the beehive like shikhara of the temple. You will get to see the magnificent Sri Purva Tirupati Balaji Temple. The milky white structure of the temple will leave you mesmerized. While moving towards Assam State Zoo, we make a brief stop at Deepor Beel, a large and magnificent lake that has been designated as Ramsar Wetland of International Importance. You might sight many endangered and rare species of birds, both local and migratory. Then explore the wildlife in the well known Assam State Zoo which is famous for Asiatic lions and the Royal Bengal Tigers. In the second half of the day, we leave Guwahati for Manas National Park which is at a distance of around 120 Km from here. Overnight stay at a resort on the outskirts of the national park.
Day 07 : Manas National Park Safari
Early in the morning, we start with our safari in Manas National Park that is famous for the highest density of tigers in protected area. As our elephant slowly treads through the park, try to get a sight of tiger, the most feared predator in the wild. Keep your eyes open as there are more beautiful animals that you can see in the wild. In the second half of the day, we return to Guwahati after a 4 hr drive through the magical land. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 08: Guwahati to New Jalpaiguri (By Flight)
Apart from a flight to New Jalpaiguri, there is not much to do on Day 8. Start your day at leisure as the flight is scheduled to leave Guwahati well after noon. So there is nothing to hurry, just lay back and enjoy the pleasant morning to its fullest. The 1 hr flight takes us into one of the most naturally stunning towns in North East India. Check into a hotel at arrival. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.

Toy Train Ride To Darjeeling
Day 09: New Jalpaiguri - Darjeeling
Wake up to another rejuvenating morning amidst the mist covered valleys. Today would be one of the most enthralling days of this tour as we plan to take a ride in the famous toy train to Darjeeling. The train leaves early in the morning and takes around 7 hrs to cover 80 km. The toy train has been recognized as a world heritage site. This is another golden opportunity for all shutterbugs to capture the most intriguing shots as the train passes through the lush green landscapes. We reach Darjeeling early in the evening and directly transfer to a hotel. After taking some rest, you can explore the nearby tea gardens and monasteries of the town. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 10: Darjeeling – Gezing (120 Km)
Early Morning we leave for Gezing which is nearly 120 Km from here. After 5 hr drive we reach Gezing, the headquarters of West Sikkim. This is our first stop in yet another beautiful state Sikkim. In the second half of the day, set out for sightseeing in the city. Visit the most revered Pemayangtse Monastery which is famous for its dominating structure and a seven tiered painted wooden structure of Guru Rimpoche's Heavenly abode called 'Santopalri'. You will find the structure on the top floor of the monastery. Our next attraction is Khecheopalri Lake, a highly revered lake for both Buddhists and Hindus. Also indulge in a heart stopping adventure trek in Yuksom which is the base for many trekking expeditions. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 11:Gezing – Gangtok (124 Km)
Day 11 is all about exploring some magnificent and famous monasteries of Sikkim Not in Gezing, but in the capital city Gangtok which is at a distance of nearly 125 Km from here. We leave for Gangtok early in the morning so that we can reach the capital before second half of the day. After a delicious Sikkimese lunch, we head out into the city for sightseeing. We start with Enchey Monastery which is the most renowned of all. It is one of the oldest monasteries in Sikkim. We then head to Rumtek Monastery which is probably the largest monastery in Sikkim. It is situated on a hill 24 Km from Gangtok city center. Do not forget to take a look at Gangtok city from this high hill which provides a breathtaking view of the capital city. It is not tough to cover Gangtok attraction in half a day as most of them are situated close to each other. We also make a brief visits to Do-Drul Chorten and Deer Park. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 12: Gangtok – Bagdogra – Delhi
This is your Last day in North Eastern Part of India. We leave early morning to Bagdogra Airport from where we will catch a flight back to Delhi. From Delhi, continue for your onward journey.
