The resort has been segregated in 14 casas - mansions. This gives the resort a very different feel. There are 255 rooms, all marked by spaciousness. These rooms are literally abodes of luxury. They have features like balconies, verandas and separate foyer area. All these features make the rooms like private residences. You have all the luxury and privacy you want for that perfect holiday. Every morning you get up with a view of landscaped gardens from your balcony.

All the rooms have been done in a very appealing manner. There are Garden View rooms, Sea View rooms, Luxury suites and Presidential suites. The Luxury suites are very spacious and have balconies overlooking Arabian Sea. Imagine, every morning you wake up to the sunrise view right from your verandah or balcony, its just amazing. The rooms also have separate dining area and powder room. The Sea View suites also offer great view of the Arabian Sea or the landscaped gardens or the pool. These are deluxe rooms with smoking and non smoking suites. Then, there are Garden View Suites also which have verandas and views of sea or the landscaped gardens.

The Presidential suites come with an array of facilities apart from the sheer space in which they are made and are also accompanied by valet service. The rooms have great sea views, bathrooms with jacuzzi and pulsating showers.

From authentic sea food to the barbeque, a sporty bar to a sunken bar, each of the eateries and bars are uniquely different. They create an entire ambiance around you while you dine with the food, decor and some live entertainments.

'Canacona' is the twenty four hour coffee shop but its more than that. As soon as you enter you will feel as if you have moved back in time. The decor is very Portuguese. What immediately catches attention is the wood fired pizza oven. There is an open kitchen and separate hot and cold buffet sections. The cuisines served here are Indian, Oriental, Continental and the indigenous Goan cuisine. Specially for the foreigners, there is an extensive International buffet .

The 'Sea BQ' is an innovative concept of the resort. The decor is done in a rustic manner to match with the feel of barbeque but the overall effect is elegant. A distinct feature of the restaurant is 'Table Bar-be-que'. There are options of western, Indian and oriental cuisines. The restaurant is open for snacks, lunch and dinner. The restaurant also organises special theme night buffets and entertainment nights.

'Sirocco' offers you a perfect place for a romantic dinner. Set by the pool side and with an amazing view of the sea, the restaurant has a perfect combination of food with wine. Each of the guests are bestowed with personal service in this Portuguese styled restaurant. The speciality cuisine here is Mediterranian served with some great live music.

'Very Feni' is not just a feni bar, rather it is also the sports bar. The place offers a range of sports activities like billiards and card tables. To complete the fun is an elegant bar serving a range of world's best beers, spirits, wines and cigars. There is also a dance floor in case you wish to shake a leg. 'Gazebo' is the Polynesian pool bar. It is the sunken bar serving to guests in the pool and around the pool. 'Beach Shack', the name is sufficient to get you into the feel. It is on the beach with a wooden furniture and a rustic feel to it. Needless to say it serves delectable Goan food cooked by local chefs and sea food.

The resort is full of recreational activities, there is a huge pool which awaits you to make a splash, then there is the bar with billiards and card table. What's the highlight is its 9 hole golf course, the 'Grand Greens'.
