Holy Man In Vrindavan City

A place of peace and sanctity, Vrindavan nearby the famous Mahatma City. City of Lord Krishna is where me and my family recently had a visit. It is full of sacred air and warmth of love all around. There are more than 15-20 temples in the Vrindavan City. We made a visit mainly to Iskon temple, Bihaiji temple and Gokul Mandir. The time we visited this place was holy season when people from Barsane, another famous city come to Vrindavan to play holi with Lord Krishna.

Outside each temple there are people from different communities selling flowers, fruits and various types of statues and pictures of Lord Krishna. We bought some of these sacred things for our home. We have been to Mumbai, Shimla, Kullu - Manali and other parts of India but in this place lies, a feel of our ancestral culture and belief. No matter how western culture, has taken the surface of India but still I think there are still some roots left which are nurtured every day in our heart. I wish that who so ever wants to feel their tradition & culture needs to visit Vrindavan.
